The National Democratic Congress (NDC) will open nominations for its 2026 Regional Executive Elections on Tuesday, October 6, 2026. In a statement issued on September 29, the party noted that this process is part of the electoral timeline outlined in its general timetable released on August 5, 2026. The NDC encourages members interested in contesting various Regional Executive positions to take advantage of the nomination period and complete the process within the specified timeframe.
“This marks an important stage in the Party’s electoral process,” the statement emphasised. All payments for obtaining nomination forms and filing fees must be made exclusively through the party’s online portal, forms.ghanandc.com, using Mobile Money on all networks or Visa and MasterCard. The party specified that bank payments and bank drafts will not be accepted.
Additionally, the NDC stated that all aspirants, proposers, seconders, and endorsers must be members in good standing with fully paid membership dues. Members with outstanding dues are directed to settle their arrears via 92025# or through the party’s online dues platform.
The party also urged all aspirants and members to conduct themselves with discipline, decorum, and respect for its democratic values throughout the electoral process. It called for the cooperation of all members to ensure a transparent, peaceful, and orderly regional executive election.
