Polo Beach Club

Polo Beach Club, a popular entertainment venue located near the Labadi Beach Resort in Accra, has been demolished as part of an ongoing exercise to remove structures in the La Beach area. The demolition is being carried out as part of a joint operation involving personnel from the 48 Engineer Regiment of the Ghana Armed Forces and the Ghana Police Service.

The exercise follows an earlier demolition operation in the La Beach area, which reportedly met resistance from some residents and owners of affected structures. The continued deployment of security personnel has allowed authorities to proceed with the clearance exercise, with several structures being targeted as part of the ongoing operation.
